feat: emit MCP progress notifications during esp_flash and esp_erase (#31)

- flash forwards espflasher's cumulative bytes-written progress via a throttled emitter
- erase forwards the fork's new opt-in ETA callback for both whole-chip and region erase
- progress notifications are throttled to integer-percent changes and dropped when non-monotonic
- re-pin espflasher fork to the reconciled integration sha stacking SerialOpener, S2 watchdog reset, and the new erase progress callback
