chore: upgrade generators to @skmtc/core@0.26.0 (#8)

Move the TypeScript-emitting generators from core@0.24.0 to core@0.26.0,
paired with @skmtc/lang-typescript@0.12.11 (the lang-typescript release
built against core@0.26.0). Both must move together: mixing a 0.26.0
package with a dependency compiled against 0.24.0 fails type-checking.

- core 0.24.0 -> 0.26.0 and lang-typescript 0.12.9 -> 0.12.11 across all
  TS generators.
- Version bumps to force republish: the 9 leaf/mid packages 0.2.2 ->
  0.2.3, the shadcn trio 0.3.0 -> 0.3.1. Inter-member pins aligned to the
  new local versions (the cascade also rewrites these at publish).
- gen-md-docs / gen-typescript-s / gen-typescript-sdk: pins updated for
  consistency; still never-published so the cascade skips them (gen-md-docs
  publishes on 0.26.0 at its manual first publish).

Verified: deno publish --dry-run passes for all 13 publishable packages
under core 0.26.0.
