test: raise coverage - App interaction + TUI layers (#36)

Add a #[cfg(test)] harness (app::test_support) that builds an App from
Default config/store over a tempdir root, plus file/key helpers and a
serialized data-dir redirect for handlers that persist state. Cover the
previously near-zero App interaction and TUI render layers:

- keys.rs: per-mode key dispatch (picker, confirm, resolver, menus,
  search/replace review, rename/link, diff) - 0% -> 75% lines
- view.rs: sorting, status cache/counts, jump_to, mouse routing, pure
  helpers - 0% -> 87% lines
- gist.rs: handle_async_event for every AsyncEvent variant plus
  delete_options/apply_ambiguous_pick/scope_hint - 5% -> 59% lines
- files.rs: rename, search/replace scans, bulk ops, git menu - 0% -> 62%
- ui/mod.rs + dialogs.rs: draw() rendered in each mode via TestBackend,
  including tiny areas - dialogs 0% -> 94%, ui/mod 16% -> 99%

Workspace line coverage 40.74% -> 75.55%. No production behavior changed
beyond a cfg(test) module declaration.
