Commit Message

ci: adopt shared jhheider/rust-ci workflows (#33)

Replace check-and-lint.yaml + test.yml + audit.yml + style.yaml with thin
callers into jhheider/rust-ci@v1 (reusable ci/audit/style). Keeps the 3-OS
matrix and coverage via the shared defaults, and drops the redundant
`cargo check` job. release.yml is left for a dedicated release pass.
