feat: bbtool autowire + size commands for component-closure/flash-size tooling (#758)

- autowire: resolves an explicit component-name list's transitive closure
  into a CMake REQUIRES/COMPONENTS fragment for controlling exactly what
  ESP-IDF discovers and links
- size: measures flash/RAM footprint from a built env's size output + .map
  file, device-free, with a per-component archive-member breakdown
- host tests for both; README sections documenting usage
