refactor(web): preserve TranslatedString through formatList

Formatting a list of translated strings now keeps the TranslatedString
type, while lists of plain values (device names, mount paths) stay
plain string. Mirrors the approach already used for sprintf.
Pull Request #3696: refactor(web): add missing `TranslatedString` types in user-facing text props.
