fix(browse): mygroups feed returns posted, so the sort applies on "All my communities"

The Browse sorter keys "Newest posted" (and every recency tiebreak) on
m.posted - the ORIGINAL post time - falling back to m.arrival only when
posted is absent. The nearby/reach feed gained posted for Discourse 9844,
but /message/mygroups never did: it returned only the ripple-BUMPED
spatial arrival, so on the "All my communities" view the fallback ordered
by bump time and the selected sort appeared not to be applied at all.

Both arms of the mygroups UNION now return posted (messages.arrival - a
PK join in the spatial arm, the grouped base table in the own-posts arm),
mirroring isochrone/message.go. No client change: the sorter already
prefers posted.

Test simulates the ripple bump (old messages.arrival, NOW() spatial
arrival) and asserts posted stays the original time. Go suite green via
status API: 3,409 tests.
