dev: lint styled component name

* Add info that you should be using `Styled` prefix for styled
components
* But, it wasn't working in VSCode... it turned out it's because we
disabled lint for oss directory. This is probably a leftover from oss
being a nested package or modele. If it's a subtree then we should lint
it. (it's pretty fast as well).

- [ ] I think there is still something wrong, but at least VSCode
started properly showing `info` when editing the files. I'm not sure if
I have time to dig deeper.
