fix: declare bb_str dependency in native_scaffold COMPONENT_MAP (#754)

- bb_str.h was added as an include to many components' sources upstream,
  but their COMPONENT_MAP `depends` arrays were never updated, so
  `pio test -e native` consumers (e.g. taipan-brood) fail with
  'bb_str.h' file not found
- add "bb_str" to depends for every component whose sources (directly
  or via a one-level transitive #include, e.g. bb_cache_host.c pulling
  in bb_cache_espidf.c) include bb_str.h: bb_log, bb_http, bb_wifi,
  bb_system, bb_ota_pull, bb_ota_boot, bb_mdns, bb_openapi, bb_websocket,
  bb_display_info, bb_board, bb_info, bb_pool, bb_mqtt, bb_sink_http,
  bb_event, bb_ring, bb_http_client, bb_event_routes, bb_ota_check,
  bb_pub, bb_sink_event, bb_pub_wifi, bb_pub_rtos, bb_task_registry,
  bb_task, bb_sink_http_telemetry, bb_pub_telemetry, bb_cache,
  bb_cache_reactive
