Fix biblio-glutton health probe path in evaluation config check (#1492)

biblio-glutton exposes no /service/isalive route, so the pre-flight
reachability probe always got 404 and reported a healthy glutton as
unreachable on every evaluation run. Point the probe at /service/data
instead: a no-parameter endpoint that answers 200 and returns index
statistics, confirming the databases are loaded.
