fix: declare NSMicrophoneUsageDescription for hosted CLI mic access

a terminal is the responsible process for the CLI tools it hosts, so macOS attributes a microphone request from a child process to agterm. Without NSMicrophoneUsageDescription in Info.plist the OS refuses the request before it can prompt and never creates a TCC entry, so no permission dialog appears and agterm never shows up in Privacy & Security > Microphone.

add the key so the dialog is shown and mic access (e.g. voice dictation in a hosted CLI agent) can be granted.
