docs: document overlay/--command agent caveats in the agent skill

Three agent-usage gotchas for session-scoped and overlay commands, none
surfaced in the bundled agent skill:

- overlay open / scratch --command / session new --command run with the app's
GUI PATH (launchd default, no /opt/homebrew/bin), not a login shell, so a
bare Homebrew binary exits 127. Document the absolute-path / zsh -lc fix, fix
the htop/lazygit examples, add a troubleshooting entry, note it in control-api.
- --target defaults to `active` (the user's GUI selection), which for an agent
is almost never its own session; state the --target "$AGTERM_SESSION_ID" rule
in Addressing with cross-refs on overlay/scratch/type.
- a floating overlay (--size-percent) renders only over the active session, so
opening one on a background target switches the user to it; a full overlay
does not. Behavior unchanged (hard to avoid given the render model) — just
  documented now.
