fix(benchmark): avoid curl|awk broken pipe aborting soak launch

The configure_exporter verification piped curl into an awk that exited early
after 8 matches; under 'set -o pipefail' the resulting SIGPIPE (curl exit 23)
aborted the whole soak run. Read the full metrics output and count matches
without early-exit.
