refactor: convert wifi_config_t fixed-width fields to bb_str_field (#732)

- replaces strncpy(field, src, sizeof(field)) at the 6 wifi_config_t
  sta/ap ssid+password field sites in bb_prov.c and bb_wifi.c with
  bb_str_field, which has identical copy/zero-pad/no-forced-NUL
  semantics
- adds bb_str to PRIV_REQUIRES in bb_prov and bb_wifi
