docs(eras): WP-8 jssm drain EXECUTED — 97 twins fsl#1419-1515, 99 closes, tracker 106->7

Increment 5. John's go (defaults accepted). Filed 97 fsl twins (fsl#1419-1515),
milestone-pinned + Created by AI, umbrella-first; closed 99 jssm originals with
citation comments; jssm tracker drained from 106 open to 7 (the KEEP set, which
close via their own PRs).

Three reality-corrections recorded (projection Execution log + drain ledger):
- jssm#631 DONE? refuted by code (no CLI config loader exists) -> migrated OPEN
  as fsl#1514, not closed as done.
- jssm#790 was dropped from the draft §C arrays; caught by reconciling the live
  tracker after the batch (8 open, not 7) -> migrated as fsl#1515.
- jssm#919/#666 (MIG, absent from draft §C) restored and filed; #919 was already
  closed live (fence shipped 5.158.0), migration comment hand-posted.

Full jssm->fsl map in issues-projection.md. Resume point advances to WP-7 fsl
triage (DONE?-verify, SUP/SAT closes, milestone-tag the eN keepers).
