Commit Message

Switch to kratoserrors and adopt proto3ps

Bump kratos-errors to v0.0.3 and regenerate, so the errors use kratoserrors.
Drop the gone SetReasonCodeFieldName setup from main.
Rename the vendored protos to proto3ps and set the buf plugins to @latest.
