Commit Message

Refresh zhipin onto the newest toolchain: kratos v3, go 1.26.4, buf, latest deps.

- Migrate backend onto kratos v3 with buf, no logic change
- Bump go onto 1.26.4 and upgrade deps to newest; adapt protoenum/go-migrate onto new APIs
- Refresh frontend onto vite 8, typescript 6, newest npm deps
- Regenerate proto/wire/gormcnm/client code via the newest tools
- Update docs: client gen steps, kratos v3, version badges
