chore(batch): gitignore locally-generated EEE classification artifacts

storage/eee/ holds runtime-generated files (classifications.sqlite,
eee-labels.db, bridge) that EeeBackfillClassifiedTableCommand documents as
NOT deployed. They were untracked and kept cluttering `git status`; ignore
the dir the same way Laravel's other storage/* runtime paths are ignored.
