fix(deps): sync package-lock srvx 0.11.20->0.11.21 so npm ci passes (vitest)

srvx@0.11.21 became the latest release; the floating range (^0.11.15, from
@nuxt/cli) now resolves to it, so the stricter npm ci on the vitest CI runner
rejected the lock ("lock file's srvx@0.11.20 does not satisfy srvx@0.11.21")
and vitest never ran - the job sat retrying the install and the workflow was
cancelled. Surgical 3-field lock bump (version/resolved/integrity); no source
changes. Same recurrence as b037fd17e.
