Reload jcache-expired keys in loadAll keep-existing

loadAllAndKeepExisting filtered keysToLoad with asMap().containsKey,
which honors Caffeine's native expiry but not the jcache Expirable's.
When a native expireAfterWrite is set alongside a shorter jcache
ExpiryPolicy, native expiry no longer mirrors the Expirable, so a
jcache-expired entry stays present and replaceExistingValues=false skips
reloading it. Filter on getIfPresentQuietly + Expirable.hasExpired so
expired entries reload; putIfAbsentNoAwait already publishes EXPIRED and
installs the reload downstream.
