chore(bb): repin to d69db2e — PSRAM-axis derives + 89-commit catch-up (TA-505 follow-up) (#609)

- retarget breadboard pin 93106a5 → d69db2e (originally targeted 93106a5/bb #616; 89 bb commits landed before this rebase, so retarget straight to current bb main rather than stacking a second re-pin)
- drop explicit CONFIG_BB_PUB_TELEM_SERIALIZE_MAX=1024/SNAP_MAX=1024 from
  sdkconfig.defaults — bb now derives 512 on no-PSRAM / 1024 on SPIRAM
- remove CONFIG_BB_PUB_TELEM_SERIALIZE_MAX, CONFIG_BB_PUB_TELEM_SNAP_MAX,
  CONFIG_BB_MDNS_BATCH_RING_DEPTH from sdkconfig/no-psram (now derived)
- remove the duplicated CONFIG_BB_PUB_TELEM_SERIALIZE_MAX/SNAP_MAX and
  CONFIG_BB_MDNS_BATCH_RING_DEPTH from sdkconfig/esp32-s2-mini (now derived)
- keep CONFIG_BB_MDNS_BATCH_MAX=4 in sdkconfig/no-psram (not derived — bb
  Kconfig comment confirms it is intentionally left flat)
- add CONFIG_LWIP_SO_LINGER=y to sdkconfig.defaults (B1-517, landed within
  the 89-commit window): bb_http_req_async_abort's SO_LINGER setsockopt is
  a no-op without it, degrading SSE peer-abort teardown to a graceful FIN
  close instead of an immediate RST; bb's own CLAUDE.md flags this as a
  required TM re-pin follow-up
- reconciled remaining 89 bb commits for further TM-facing Kconfig fallout:
  bb_update_check->bb_ota_check and bb_registry->bb_init renames already
  landed on TM main (#612) with no stale sdkconfig references; store-and-
  forward ring already disabled fleet-wide so BB_PUB_BUFFER_ALWAYS's new
  SPIRAM dependency and BB_SINK_MQTT_RETAIN's removal are no-ops for TM;
  BB_MQTT_RX_BUFFER_BYTES=256 override confirmed still valid (TM is
  publish-only, matches bb's own no-op-for-publish-only guidance); no other
  new/renamed knob is explicitly set in TM sdkconfig
- verified per-axis: no-PSRAM (c3-supermini, s2-mini) = 512/512/depth-3;
  SPIRAM/ASIC (bitaxe-403) = 1024/1024/depth-4; s2 PS_NONE + no MINING_UI intact
- host tests: 507/507 (re-verified against bb d69db2e)
