Sweep 8 small top-level components to Kit syntax

Converts render(Components::X.new(...)) callers to the bare X(...)
Kit syntax (Phlex::Kit, extended on Components/Views at the module
level in config/initializers/phlex.rb -- every component already
has this method, no per-component registration needed) for:

  CollapseDiv, ContentPadded, Dropdown, ImageGallery, IdBadge,
  IndexFilter, Map, NavTabs

Excludes test/, app/components/application_form/, and each
component's own file (doc-comment examples referencing itself).
Icon and PaginatedResults are split into their own PRs given their
much larger caller counts.
