ci: make coverage paths repo-relative for Coveralls source view

kcov writes an absolute <source> root into cobertura.xml; Coveralls
joins it with each filename and fetches that path from GitHub, so
every file page showed "source not available". Rewrite the root to
"src" after the merge — files resolve as src/net/proxy.zig etc., which
Coveralls can fetch from the public repo at the build's commit.
