fix(cypher): unify delete projection typing and dangling-edge traversal semantics

Refactor DELETE projection handling to use typed shared helpers, fix relationship delete count projections, and add edge-case regression coverage for mixed node/relationship deletes.

Also extract traversal endpoint loading behind a shared helper so dangling adjacency endpoints are skipped consistently instead of failing the query, with focused traversal regression tests.
