fix(core): use statusOptions in pollStatus so status polls do not resend the request body (#9732)

pollStatus() built a statusOptions object with the body cleared, the
Prefer header stripped, and redirect: 'follow', but then passed the
original options to this.request(). Any async request with a body
(e.g. the Super Admin reindex form) failed on the first poll with
"Request with GET/HEAD method cannot have body".

Fixes #9731
