Add PSR-11 container and ObjectFactory

Update composer to require PHP >= 8.2 and psr/container.
Introduce Piko\Di ComponentContainer, ObjectFactory,
ObjectFactoryInterface
and related exceptions. Wire the container and factory into Application,
Module, Controller and FastApplication, and add unit tests for DI
components.
