Add createObject factory with DI resolution

Add Module::createObject to instantiate classes resolving constructor
dependencies from application components (supports overrides, nullable
and
optional args, and throws on missing non-optional dependencies).

Add Controller::create wrapper delegating to the module.

Add tests and fixtures covering normal, missing, nullable and
variadic/optional cases.
