Add whole-brain atlas variants (cortical + subcortical)

Several bundled parcellations are cortical by design (Glasser HCP-MMP,
Desikan-Killiany, Destrieux) or ship a cortical-only version (Harvard-Oxford).
This adds *WholeBrain variants that append the 14 standard subcortical
gray-matter structures (thalamus, caudate, putamen, pallidum, hippocampus,
amygdala, accumbens x L/R) with MNI centroids from the Harvard-Oxford
subcortical atlas, while keeping the cortical-only versions:

  DesikanKillianyWholeBrain (82), DestrieuxWholeBrain (162),
  GlasserWholeBrain (374), HarvardOxfordWholeBrain (110).

20 bundled atlases total. All pass the L/R-flip + MNI-bounding-box sanity
checks; subcortical landmarks verified. Docs table and design note updated;
tests cover the cortical->whole-brain node-count delta and subcortical
lateralisation.
