* perf(fabricx/queryservice): add batched GetTransactionStatuses

Resolve many transaction statuses in one committer round-trip. The
committer request message (TxStatusQuery.TxIds) is already repeated, but
the query service only exposed a per-tx call, forcing finality tracking
into one gRPC round-trip per transaction (~92 tx/s settlement ceiling in
our deployment while pollers sat blocked in GetTransactionStatus).

The result is keyed by TxStatus.Ref.TxId so the caller does not depend
on response ordering; transactions unknown to the committer are omitted
(callers treat a missing entry as not final yet). Added to the
QueryService interface, counterfeiter mocks regenerated, unit tests
added.

Address review: collapse duplicate tx IDs before the committer query and
expand the godoc to contrast the omission semantics with
GetTransactionStatus's error-on-unknown behavior.
