docs: fix stale WiFi-recovery section + BB_PUB_MAX_SOURCES/WORKER_STACK values in CLAUDE.md (B1-465) (#646)

- rewrite the B1-371 paragraph to describe the app-driven bb_wifi_request_recovery()
  design (PR #578) instead of the removed EGRESS_PROBE Kconfig knobs / ST_IDLE probe tick
- correct bb_wifi_ping signature to uint32_t target_addr/timeout_ms/*out_reachable
- note wifi_reconn_policy_on_egress_probe is orphaned/test-only, not a live production path
- fix CONFIG_BB_PUB_MAX_SOURCES default 8 -> 16 (two spots)
- fix CONFIG_BB_PUB_WORKER_STACK plaintext default 4096 -> 6144 (two spots)
- stop recommending CONFIG_BB_PUB_WORKER_STACK=4096 for WROOM-32 (known B1-349 crash value)
