fix(test): update bulk-offer e2e for the redesigned clearance composer

c37112bf0 changed the bulk composer so new item rows APPEND below (they used to
insert at the top) and replaced the batch/Uppy photo tray with a per-row
uploader. The e2e test still filled item-name-0 on every iteration, so only the
last row kept a name and just ONE item was posted; the repliers then hung
waiting for a second pick toggle that never existed - the ~2min CI timeout that
has kept master red since #8588.

Fill row i for item i, and upload one photo per row via the per-row file chooser
(item-addphoto-<i> -> row-photo-input), dropping the now-dead Uppy/tray drag path
and its 60s wait. Full flow (post -> two repliers pick -> offerer allocates,
reserves, collects) passes locally in ~34s.
