fix: align response schemas with serializers + hoist /api/update/status outcome enum (B1-462) (#640)

- add 7 undeclared /api/wifi keys (no_ip_recoveries, egress_dead_count,
  lost_ip_count, recovery_count, restart_sta_count, disconnect_rssi,
  reason_histogram) to k_wifi_info_schema, matching bb_wifi_emit_section
- add missing app_sha256 (string) to the /api/diag/panic response schema
- add die_c/board_c (nullable number) to both variants of the /api/sensors
  fan-section schema, matching bb_fan_emit_section
- declare the top-level pending_reboot field in the composed /api/telemetry
  GET schema (root field, not a registered section)
- hoist the /api/update/status outcome enum literal into
  BB_UPDATE_OUTCOME_ENUM_JSON next to outcome_str(), referenced from both
  schema sites (bb_update_check_espidf.c and bb_ota_boot.c) so they cannot
  drift independently; adds the already-emittable check_on_apply value to
  the espidf route schema
- no emitted JSON keys or values change; schema-only + test updates
