docparse: add progress output and fix partial-AST caching

- Print "parsing N files", "found N endpoints, generating output" to
  stderr so callers have visibility into a run without enabling debug traces
- Guard astFileCache stores with parseErr == nil: parser.ParseFile can
  return a partial AST alongside an error; caching it would corrupt
  subsequent lookups from the same package
