fix(spaces): classify gen:hasMaintainer as INVERSE role predicate (#136)

hasMaintainer was missing from BackcompatRolePredicates, so its role
instantiations were left as neutral bindings in the raw spacesGraph that
get-space-members reads, making maintainer members invisible. Add it as
INVERSE so the extractor resolves it at extraction time like hasObserver et al.

gen:hasHelper is deliberately left out as the pilot predicate for the pubinfo
direction-pinning mechanism (Part B, doc/design-role-direction-pinning.md), so
#136 is only partially closed here; the hasHelper instances are migrated later.
Repoint the custom-predicate extractor tests to hasHelper accordingly and add a
hasMaintainer classification test. Existing data needs a full re-ingest.
