docs: lock in decisions for role-direction-pinning design

Settle the open decisions from review: keep BackcompatRolePredicates as a
drainable backcompat list (add gen:hasMaintainer only; reserve gen:hasHelper
as the Part B pilot), dedicated gen:InverseRoleProperty/gen:RegularRoleProperty
classes, strict drop on absent pin, inline gen:Space assignments honored iff
fixed-predicate or pinned, and multi-space batching support (key RI subject on
(predicate, space)). Note Nanodash may emit the new terms before formal vocab
publication.
