fix(integrator): return integrator flag per organization on /users/me

The /users/me handler collapsed every organization a user belongs to into a
single UserInfo.IsIntegrator boolean, which breaks the multi-organization
feature: clients could not tell which of a user's organizations is the
integrator one. Move the flag onto each UserOrganization entry instead,
computed per org via subscriptions.IsIntegrator.

BREAKING CHANGE: UserInfo.isIntegrator is removed; clients read integrator
status from organizations[].isIntegrator.
