feat(bb_task_registry): task registry + additive /api/diag/tasks enrichment (B1-445, observability) (#636)

- add bb_task_registry component: thin bb_registry consumer tracking self-registered
  FreeRTOS task-creation sites by name, stack budget, and read-only wdt_subscribed state
- wire registration (guarded by successful xTaskCreate*) into ~13 espidf task-creation
  sites: bb_button_gpio, bb_event, bb_log (x2), bb_mdns, bb_ota_boot, bb_ota_pull,
  bb_prov, bb_timer, bb_update_check, bb_wifi, wifi_reconn, bb_event_routes_espidf
- enrich GET /api/diag/tasks with additive stack_budget_bytes/wdt_subscribed fields
  when a task self-registered; existing fields are byte-unchanged
- add "rtos" bb_pub telemetry source fields (stack_<name>) driven by the registry,
  additive to the existing hardcoded s_named[] fields
- observability only: no bb_wdt_task_subscribe / esp_task_wdt_add calls added,
  no task priority/stack/core changes (auto-WDT subscription deferred to B1-458)
