test: run office integration tests serially (#263)

The office integration tests each do a real fetch + pandoc conversion. Run
concurrently (ava's default) on a 2-core CI runner alongside chromium-launching
prerender tests in sibling files, they can starve and trip the 8s fetch
timeout, returning empty HTML and flaking the assertions (seen on the release
run). Keep the pure unit detection tests parallel; run the I/O ones serially.
