feat(webui): TA-505 P1 — /api/stats field drops, /api/pool/job split, bb pin bump (#607)

- drop temp_c, expected_ghs, pool_effective_hashrate, hw_error_pct_1m/10m/1h
  from stats_snapshot_t, emit_stats_json, tm_stats_serialize, and OpenAPI schema
- drop standalone session_rejected top-level key from /api/stats json (field kept
  in struct; still feeds rejected.total sub-object)
- /api/pool now always emits "notify":null (job fields moved to new route)
- add GET /api/pool/job — emits notify fields when a stratum job is available,
  all-null otherwise; exercised by three new unity host tests
- add static_assert ensuring stats_snapshot_t fits CONFIG_BB_PUB_TELEM_SNAP_MAX
- add CONFIG_BB_PUB_TELEM_SERIALIZE_MAX=512 and CONFIG_BB_PUB_TELEM_SNAP_MAX=512
  to sdkconfig/no-psram; sdkconfig.defaults stays at 1024 for psram/bitaxe boards
- bump breadboard pin to c74bdd8 (bb main: pr-2 info→meta + rest ssot #613+#614)

host tests: 507/507 (native-noasic); firmware builds clean for wroom32,
c3-supermini, tdongle-s3
