fix(bb_mem): address PR2 review — bb_led_gpio UAF, realloc+heap_caps lint (#612)

- reorder gpio_reset_pin before bb_mem_free in bb_led_gpio open error path (use-after-free)
- add realloc and heap_caps alloc-family to the bbtool raw-allocator lint pattern
- default bb_http_body BODY_MALLOC to the bb_mem facade under testing
- add raw-allocator tests: realloc, heap_caps, introspection no-fire, path:line allowlist
