feat(knot): adopt bb_mdns_identity_t + bump bb pin to 42e4ce2 (B1-420) (#602)

- knot_peer_t embeds bb_mdns_identity_t as id field; all field accesses
  converted to id.instance_name / id.hostname / id.ip4 / id.port across
  knot.c, knot_table.c, routes_json.c, and host tests
- version field untouched (TXT record, not part of identity)
- bb pin bumped to 42e4ce2 (mdns identity resize + dormant heap instrument)
- bb_mdns added to native test scaffold so knot.h resolves on host builds
- routes_json.h stale guard comment removed
