feat(key): leverage declared keys for typed output projection in to() (#71)

Carry the builder's declared Key registry onto the produced Matches
(matches.declared_keys, merged from child rebulks via effective_keys) and
use it in Matches.to() to cross-check model field types: a dataclass /
TypedDict field whose (element) type contradicts the declared value_type
of a key with the same name now raises TypeError, closing the typing loop
from the build-time declaration to the projected value.

list[...] fields are checked against the declared element type, Optional /
union and Any/unresolvable annotations are handled, and fields with no
matching declared key are left untouched. to_dict() defaults are unchanged.
