feat(key): support children patterns via keys= and declare_keys (#66)

Typed Key (v5) wired a single name + formatter through key=, which did
not compose with children=True patterns exposing several named groups.

Tier 1: keys= plural builds a per-name formatter dict on a pattern,
composing with children=True without overriding explicit entries.

Tier 2: declare_keys() registers keys once on the builder; every pattern
built afterwards inherits each key's converter as a per-name formatter
for the matching group name. An explicit per-pattern formatter (per-name
dict or bare callable) still overrides the registry, preserving formatter
variance across patterns. Enrichment writes to a fresh dict, never
mutating the shared defaults(formatter=...) or caller-owned dict.
