fix(ripple): stop pull-on-leave query hanging every tick; smaller default batch

pullRippledPostsFromLeftGroups scanned every rippled_in=1 copy (10k+ and
growing daily) and ran a nested logs subquery per row, so once the experiment
had rippled enough the query crept past 80s and hung ripple:expand every
minute - stalling ALL reach computation (rippling_reach stopped growing, the
backlog piled up). Drive instead from recent Group/Left logs (index-supported
via logs.timestamp) within a 2-day window, and only touch a rippled copy when
its poster actually left that group. Cost is now bounded by leave volume
(~3s) not by the ever-growing rippled-copy population. Idempotent and the
log-id ordering (Joined/Rippled before the Left) is preserved, so the existing
pull-on-leave tests still hold.

Also drop the default --limit from 500 to 50: initialiseNew computes ALL of a
run's schedules (Phase 1) before writing any (Phase 2), so on a memory-pressured
routing host a 500-post batch stalled the whole tick before any reach row
landed. 50 keeps each tick small and completing; the per-minute cron still
drains the backlog quickly.
