feat: subscribe bb_sink_ws to log bb_event, retire ws_log_pump (#592)

- subscribe to "log" bb_event topic in bb_sink_ws_init (both espidf and
  host) via bb_event_topic_lookup + bb_event_subscribe
- log_event_cb builds {"ch":"log","data":{...}} envelope and fans to
  clients subscribed to "log"; s_suspended gate checked before broadcast
- remove ws_log_pump freertos task, BB_SINK_WS_LOG_* defines, and
  bb_log_stream_drain usage from espidf implementation
- update client_subscribed: telemetry coarse group excludes "log"
  (was "logs"); drop "logs" coarse group; "log" is exact opt-in only
- add bb_event to CMakeLists PRIV_REQUIRES
- replace bb_sink_ws_host_inject_log_line with inject_log_event(json)
- update tests: remove ch="logs" tests, add ch="log" structured coverage
  (receive, unsubscribed, suspend gate, no-clients, malloc-fail)
