feat(reach): pin the two nearest posts first in digest + browse

Reduces "I keep seeing posts far away" complaints by always placing the two
closest posts first, then applying the existing ordering for the rest.

- Digest (UnifiedDigestService::scoreAndSortAvailable): after scoring,
  pin the two posts with the smallest recipient->post distance to the top
  (nearest first), then the usual score order. No-op for <=2 posts.
- Browse (isochrone nearby feed): new pinClosestTwo() moves the two posts
  nearest the viewer to the front (on real coords, before blur), keeping
  the rest of the feed order unchanged. No-op without viewer location or
  with <=2 posts; coordinate-less posts are never pinned.

Tests: Go pinClosestTwo (order + no-op + no-coords cases); the digest test
updated to assert two-nearest-pinned then score-ordered rest.
