Fix 500 on unauthenticated GET /jobs by using main_app route proxy

AdminController#access_denied called `new_account_login_path` bare, which
raises NoMethodError inside a mounted engine's routing context (MissionControl::Jobs).
Prefix with `main_app.` so the helper resolves correctly from both engine
and main-app controller contexts.
