refactor(screencast): simplify frame-backpressure follow-up (#813)

Quality cleanup of the frame-backpressure change (no behavior change):

- recorder: flatten the muxer `write` ternary into a `prev` capture, dropping
  the `pending`/`: undefined` temp.
- screencast: collapse `onScreencastFrame`'s manual thenable detection +
  Promise chain + separate sync try/catch into one async/await body.
- test: replace the hand-rolled deferred helper with Promise.withResolvers().
