Commit Message

fix proto3ps go_package and regen pb.go

- sync proto3ps/errors/errors.proto go_package from v2 to v3
  to match upstream Kratos v3.0.0
- regen errorspb.pb.go via protoc to keep generated artifact
  in sync with proto source
