test: add host fidelity tests for 4 uncovered route emitters (TA-444) (#589)

- emit_diag_bench_json: all fields present, asic_active gating, canary
  states (safe/unsafe/unknown), null backend defaults to "sw"
- emit_mining_rates_json: all fields present (non-null), all-null
  sentinel path, zero shares emits as number not null; ASIC fields
  gated on ASIC_CHIP
- emit_pool_pub_json: all fields non-null, disconnected all-null,
  active_pool_idx nonzero, latency_ms null sentinel
- emit_sensors_miner_json (ASIC_CHIP only): all fields present,
  all-sentinel null path, vin_low true/false with vin_low_valid,
  sag_count zero emits as number
